Well, then we ask you WHY do RESORTS MANDATE that any agent making a commission 100% MUST be a Licensed Real Estate Agent? They can list your property just like the other 2 to 3 million timeshare owners or put it in an online auction that usually sells timeshares from $1 to barely covering the maintenance and title fees, but make no mistake you are the one selling your timeshare!
