I've had wrist pain in my right hand since i was 19 years old. I couldn't put much weight on my right hand, no carrying heavy stuff. I felt pain when i typed on the computer making my job difficult for me. I went to a medical doctor but got no relief. after that i tried yoga, stretching and exercises. I still had the same pain. The doctor found that my wrist pain was caused by problems in my wrist, elbow and neck. they also performed laser treatment on my weak areas. It was amazing!! I could see quick results and my wrist has been improving more and more with each treatment. I've been feeling great!
