CyberMatrix Pro Schedule Enterprise is a user-friendly multi-user client/server group appointment planning program. Pro Schedule was made for professionals who are often make appointments such as hairdressers, physiotherapists, doctors, dentists, veterinarians and lawyers. It can be used in offices, clinics, beauty salons and hospitals. Appointment schedules can be accessed throughout your network, your intranet or even the Internet. Pro Schedule Enterprise can connect to virtually any large database server including Microsoft SQL server, MySQL and PostresQL. Pro Schedule features sophisticated repeatable appointments by day, week or month. Appointments can be repositioned by drag and drop or cut and paste from day to day or person to person. Schedule alarms remind you of upcoming appointments. View a single person's appointments by day, week or month. You can also view all people's appointments in a single day or the whole week. You can even display client and room views. Use the search features to locate obscure appointments quickly as well as find openings at a particular time or of a particular duration. The security features limit who can see and change what data. Appointments can be synced with PalmOS and Windows Mobile devices as well as Microsoft Outlook. To do items show tasks people need to accomplish. Appointment reports show and summarize appointment data. You can even modify reports or create your own. The email scripting feature allows you to adjust which information is sent in reminder emails and change notices.
