Schedules entered on one computer will immediately become visible for other users on the network. In depth PDF printable reports can be grouped and filtered by dates/resources/clients. Schedules can be assigned to unlimited resources/employees. Appointment Labels and Statuses can be customized and color coded. Data can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook, allowing synchronization with Palms, Blackberries and other devices supporting Microsoft Outlook.
